Natural Language Processing: The startup was reliant on a manual process to collect user survey data and identify the best prospects for their service. We built a prospect-matching model that automated large parts of their diligence process.
Computer Vision: The technical team from a healthcare startup had been forced to a standstill after their MVP model accuracy plateaued. Additionally, memory usage was a bottleneck, and latency was a concern. After building and executing a new strategy, the team integrated different models into a single one, saving memory, improving accuracy, and meeting the latency requirements.
Predictive Models: The fleet management company was using telematics to collect data about heavy truck operations but still relied on manual scales to get intel about the truck load. In one trimester, we built a PoC of a predictive model to estimate truck loading in real-time with baseline accuracy high enough to green-light further development.
Active Learning: They had a costly data annotation process. We added a ranking system that identified the most relevant images in the dataset, where the model had the lowest performance. This helped them save on labeling costs by focusing on what mattered.
